FOCUS
Our focus extends beyond design. We want our clients to have comfort in knowing that all aspects of the project development are carefully considered, reviewed and approved before we progress to the next phase. We are able to accomplish this by keeping our focus on the client and maintaining open lines of communication throughout each phase of the project.
PROCESS
We begin with our initial consultation, in which we gather information about the project and the client. We take this information and process it through different phases of design until we are able to finalize the design with the client. During this process we continually review that the design conforms with all applicable codes while maintaining the vision of the client.
DELIVERY
We continue to assist the client through the bidding and contract administration of the project to ascertain the client receives comparable bids from qualified contractors and to ensure construction is completed per the plans. By scheduling periodic meetings with the client and the General Contractor, we are able to monitor the construction progress and be perceptive of any potential concerns that may arise during construction
