Every project starts with a conversation.

Pre-design is where we gather facts, not just ideas.

We research zoning, code requirements, and site conditions. We analyze square footage needs, adjacencies, and any unique challenges the project presents — especially if it’s an existing structure.

This is the phase where questions become programs, and ideas become constraints (in the best way). It’s also where we define the problem — before we start solving it.
