The Solon Park Apartments underwent a comprehensive renovation to address long-overdue repairs and enhance both functionality and aesthetics. Fourteen apartment buildings received structural upgrades to their main entryways, including reengineered systems, secure doors, and expansive windows offering a clear view into the open staircases. Each entry was further distinguished by the addition of stylish gable roofs and colonial style trimwork. The existing parking garages were also revitalized, featuring new entryways, durable siding, and innovative ceiling systems designed to prevent bird nesting. Spanning approximately 5,000 square feet of entry renovations and over 66,000 square feet of parking garage upgrades, the project introduced new exterior doors, advanced security hardware, enhanced lighting, and key code-operated garage doors, transforming the complex into a more secure, modern, and welcoming community.

This project consisted of an interior renovation of an existing three-story residence located in Lakewood, OH. Meraki Architects designed and prepared drawings for the renovations. These renovations were required on each floor. On the 1st floor, the  northeast (rear) bedroom was renovated into a laundry/mud room and there were various existing walls in the dining room, kitchen, and living room that were removed in order to create a more cohesive, open floor plan. On the 2nd floor, a new master suite was created which include, a walk-in closet and a master bath with a dual vanity, toilet, and shower. On the 3rd floor, a bonus space was created to include a closet and egress window. Also, a  new two-car garage was designed to match existing house style.

Nestled along the serene shores of Lake Erie in Marblehead, OH, this stunning transformation turns a modest two-bedroom brick ranch into a striking two-story modern retreat. The revamped layout now boasts three spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with its own private deck, and a cozy sleeping loft perfect for accommodating guests. An open-concept design seamlessly connects the new kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room, all framed by expansive windows that showcase breathtaking views of the lake. Outside, a multi-level deck system invites relaxation, with the second-story deck providing shade for the lower level—a perfect spot to unwind in the hot tub while watching boats glide across the water. This renovation redefines lakeside living with style, comfort, and a touch of luxury.

This project consisted of a second floor dormer addition and partial interior first floor alteration of the existing residence. This addition included a new master bedroom and master bath on the first floor with a new dormer on the second floor in order to create a total of two bedrooms and an office.
