Rivals Brew Pub has been well known in Middleburg Heights for years as a great place for good food, good service, and great atmosphere. What started out as just a covered patio, the project got legs and became an enclosed patio with large overhead doors and a fireplace for ambiance.

This project required architectural and engineering services to design three tenant spaces for a new retail building located in Middleburg Heights, OH. The known tenant, Dairy Deli, required Meraki Architects to completely design the new space with flooring finishes, lighting, HVAC system, etc., per Client’s specifications. The other two retail spaces were designed as shells in order for potential tenants to design their own spaces.

This project consisted of a renovation of an existing tire store and automotive service center into a new TireMax Complete Car Care. The renovation included new ADA restrooms, office alterations, a new façade renovation and new HVAC for the office area.
